Shri Anil Shastri son of Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri, second Prime Minister of India graduated in Economics from St. Stephen College, Delhi and did Advanced Management Programme from Ashridge Management College, U.K.
He has done General Management Programme from Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad and Business Management Programme from Tata Management Training Centre, Pune. He has served the corporate world for around two decades at very senior positions.
In 1989, he won the parliamentary election (Lok Sabha) and was appointed as Minister in the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He has the vision of innovation in education. He is associated with various Educational and Social Institutions and their programmes. He is Chairman, Board of Governors, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management & Technology, Bareilly and also the Chairman, Board of Governors, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Technology & Management, Indore. He is General Secretary and Treasurer of Lal Bahadur Shastri Sewa Niketan, Delhi and Holding Trustee of Lal Bahadur Shastri National Memorial Trust, Delhi. He is President of Hindustani Chetna Manch, Delhi. Shri Shastri is actively involved in political activities of Indian National Congress as Special Invitee, Congress Working Committee and Chairman, Hindi Department. Shri Anil Shastri is widely traveled both in India and abroad.

Dr. Sanjeev Shrivastav obtained his Ph.D. degree from Rohilkhand University Bareilly while working on UGC fellowship. Based on this study he has written a book 'The Urban Transition' which was published by Arch Publishers, New Delhi.
He worked for the National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA), New Delhi on the project "Urban Poverty in India" of National Commission on Urbanisation, Union Ministry of Urban Development. He also worked on "Urbanisation and its Collateral Impact on Indian Society". He is actively associated with several social and developmental organizations initiated by the government and voluntary organizations. The roles include Managing Director, Tuff Equipments Ltd., Promoter Director at Dr. G.K.Shrivastav Hospital Pvt. Padmashri Dr. Pritam Singh is an inspiring role model. As a consultant, DrPritam Singh worked with more than 200 CEOs in India and abroad and conducted more than 100 retreats for the top management of private and public sector organizations as well as Multinational Corporations. Indeed he is a guru, a trainer, a coach, a counselor to the Board and the Top Management level of the Indian Corporate World.
In a fitting tribute to this change maestro, it was Dr. Pritam Singh who was entrusted with the distinction of organizing and directing the first retreat of the Central Ministers as part of Late Shri Rajiv Gandhi's initiative to develop ministers as transformational leaders and change masters.

He has also published over 60 research papers in various national and international journals. He is a globally sought after speaker and has addressed various Indian and global audiences including Chambers of Commerce in various countries notably Holland, France, Germany, Greece, Russia, UK, USA, Thailand, Mauritius, Egypt etc. His distinguished services were acknowledged by the country when the President of India conferred on him the prestigious 'Padma-Shri' in year 2003. It was for the first time that any Professor and a serving Director in India received this coveted award in the field of management education. In December 2006, MIRBIS-the leading management school in Moscow, honoured him as 'GLOBAL THOUGHT LEADER' 2006- 2007.
He was not just the first Indian, but the first Asian to have walked on this global hall of fame. He has also been the recipient of several prestigious awards like AIMA Academic Leadership Award 2009, first recipient of SarvapalliRadhakrishnan Memorial Award: Teacher of Teachers (2009), Lifetime Achievement Award by the Swami Vivekananda Foundation (2006), TIE-UP California USA Outstanding Entrepreneur Award (2002), Outstanding CEO (Chief Executive Officer) National HRD Award (2001), Best Director Award of Indian Management Schools (1998) and Best Motivating Professor IIM Bangalore Award (1993).

Dr. Roshan Lal Raina was a Professor in the Communication Group at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIML), where he has also successfully initiated and handled activities in areas like Corporate Communication, Media Relations, Student Affairs, and Alumni Affairs. Through his initiatives in Media Management and Corporate Communication, branding and image building exercise, IIML received a big boost and it started being ranked at number 1, 2 or 3 from relatively very lower ranks.
Dr. Raina is credited with building and managing state-of-the-art and world-class academic infrastructure, including the learning resource center at IIML. Dr. Raina has also been responsible for contributing to building academic collaborations (student - teacher exchange) with benchmarked institutions abroad. Among several distinguished assignments, Dr. Raina has successfully handled, holding the position of Director at the prestigious Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi for three years (2005-2008) deserves a special mention. Apart from being an able institution builder, Dr. Raina's contributions in academic and administrative matters are many and varied. On the academic front, besides the regular teaching load in the areaof Communication for Management,he has had several prestigious assignments in educational institutes in US, UK, France, Germany, and Canada. Reputed organizations like the Fulbright Foundation (USA), the British Council (UK), the Max Mueller Bhawan (Germany), the ESCP-EAP (France), and the IDRC (Canada) sponsored these assignments.
At home, too, he has worked for the Ministry of Agriculture, DSIR, and CSIR all under GOI. In terms of research, he has authored 3 and edited 10 best selling books, and has made significant contributions (65 research papers in all to-date) in several peer-reviewed national and international journals: the areas include Corporate& Media Relations, TQM, IT Applications, HRM and Marketing in the Information Sector. He has also presented 118 papers in national and international conferences/seminars floated by reputed organizations, universities included. He is on the editorial board of two professional journals in the country.
As a highly respected trainer in the corporate as well as academic world, Dr. Raina has been heavily involved in conducting innovative and need-based management development programmes and workshops, particularly in areas like Effective Communication; Corporate Communication; Media Management; TQM; IT applications; Marketing; etc. and these have been highly appreciated by the participants as well as their sponsors. Shri Rajeev Dubey studied Economics at St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, and at Delhi School of Economics. He went on to do his MBA from the Yale School of Management, USA as a J N Tata scholar, and was selected as a Distinguished Alumnus of the School. He has recently acquired the GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Society of HR Management USA.
In addition, he is Chairman of the Sustainabilty Council and CSR Council of the Group, a Member of the Corporate Governance Cell and Member of the Governing Council of the Mahindra Institute of Quality. He joined Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in January, 2004 after a career spanning 29 years in the Tata Group, which he joined in 1975 as a member of the TAS, the central managerial cadre of the Tata Group. He spent 21 years with Tata Steel, and the next 7 years as Managing Director and CEO first of Tata Metaliks and then of Rallis India. ShriDubey is associated in his professional capacity with a number of prestigious institutes and committees. He is President of the Mumbai Chapter of the National HRD Network. Shri Jimmy Anklesaria is a management professional with more than three decades of diverse experience in India & abroad. He then spent nearly 10 years at J. L Morison (India) Ltd., a boutique cosmetics & personal care company - leading its Marketing & Sales for MNC brands- NIVEA, WELLA, EMOFORM. Shri Pathan is an Honours Graduate in Economics with specialization in Petroleum Management from Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA with about four decades of diverse experience in the oil industry. Shri Pathan joined Tata Petrodyne Ltd. as a Director of the Company effective 26th March 2003. In June 2007, was appointed as the Chairman of Tata Petrodyne Ltd.
Shri Pathan was on the board of Indian Oil Corporation since 1994 and was the Chairman of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. from February 1997 to March 2002, an important pillar of the Indian Petroleum Industry.
Shri Pathan was the Chairman of Petroleum Federation of India (PetroFed) from 1st April, 2002 to 3rd August 2003. After having placed PetroFed on a firm footing he joined an assignment with TATAs, as their Group Resident Director, Delhi from 1st November 2002.
Shri Pathan was the Vice-President on the Board for three years and thereafter served as the Vice-Chairman of the Advisory Council of World LP Gas Association, Paris. He is presently the Co-Chairman Emeritus for International Energy Advisory Council (IEAC), U.S.A. ShriPathan has also been nominated as Advisor Emeritus for Global Union Energy Ventures with effect from 19th September 2006. He is also the President of Society for Preservation of Healthy Environment and Ecology and the Heritage of Agra and Member of the Society "National Centre for Gender Training, Planning & Research" of LBSNAA, Government of India, Mussoorie.

Prof. Gautam Sinha is the founding Director of IIM Kashipur. He has extensive experience of over 3 decades in academia and industry. He has received ‘Best Teacher in Operations Management Award’ at Asia’s Best B-School Awards, Singapore, July 2011. He has a decade long experience with Vinod Gupta School of Management (VGSOM) at IIT Kharagpur where he was Professor of Operations, Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Strategy. Additionally, as Professor In-Charge, Training & Placement, IIT Kharagpur, he has successfully organized final and summer internship placements for 1300 plus students which is the largest placement activity among all Indian colleges for several years. He also launched the new Executive MBA Programme for IIT Kharagpur at Kolkata and Bhubaneswar campus in 2010.
In addition, he has spent 25 years in the steel and engineering industry with SAIL. Prior to IIM Kashipur, he was Director at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi where he initiated several educational innovations such as the programme on ‘Knowing the real Bharat’ – village based projects for PGDM students of the school. Prof. Sinha has been trained as TQM Trainer by Institute for Resource Development, Columbia, USA in 1991 and received his ISO Lead Assessor Certificate from BSIQA, UK. He has co-authored one book in Management Research. He regularly conducts international and national MDP programs for Senior Management and Middle Management executives for reputed companies such as Tata Motors, CIL, Voltas etc. His publications have appeared in several international and national journals. Prof. Sinha’s English poetry has been published in leading magazines since 1985. His book of poems ‘Refractions’ is also ready for publication. In addition, he is a biker and a motorcycle enthusiast. He has finished a 3000 km bike expedition in HP &Ladakh in June 2009.

Prof. Bharat Bhaskar is director of IIM Raipur. Prior to taking up this leadership role, he was the Professor of Information Technology & Systems at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow since 1998. He received his B. E. (Electronics & Comm. Engg.) fromUniversity of Roorkee, India, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, USA.

Prof. Rajendra P. Bharti is Professor and Director (CEO) of Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management Bareilly. Graduated from University of Delhi, Prof. Bharti is an alumnus and resource person of IIM Ahmedabad. After serving the banking industry in various managerial and training roles for more than two decades he joined LBSIMT Bareilly as Professor and Dean in 2001 and in 2002 he was elevated to the CEO’s role as Director.He is an experienced management trainer with a blend of professional qualifications in Management, Banking, IT and TQM. He has trained CEOs, managers, faculty members, civil servants and public leaders from approx. 50 developing countries.
For his outstanding contribution to the profession of Management, All India Management Association has conferred on him the AIMA Fellowship in 2005.
