Shri Anil Shastri son of Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri, second Prime Minister of India graduated in Economics from St. Stephen College, Delhi and did advanced Management Programme from Ashridge Management College, U.K.
He has done General Management Programme from administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad and Business Management Programme from Tata Management training Centre, Pune. He has served the corporate world for around 2 decades at very senior positions.
In 1989 he won the parliamentary election (Lok Sabha) and was appointed as Minister in the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He has the vision of innovation in education. He is associated with various Educational and Social Institutions and their programmes. He is Chairman, Board of Governors, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management & Technology, Bareilly and also the Chairman, Board of Governors, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi. He is General Secretary and treasurer of Lal Bahadur Shastri Sewa Niketan, Delhi and Holding trustee of Lal Bahadur Shastri National Memorial trust, Delhi. Dr. Sanjeev Shrivastav obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Rohilkhand University Bareilly while working on UGC fellowship. Based on this study he has written a book 'The Urban transition' which was published by the arch Publishers, New Delhi.
He worked for the National Institute of Urban affairs (NIUa), New Delhi on the project "Urban Poverty in India" of National Commission on Urbanisation, Union Ministry of Urban Development. He also worked on the "Urbanisation and its Collateral Impact on Indian Society". He is actively associated with several social and developmental organizations initiated by the government and voluntary organizations. It was for the first time that any Professor and a serving Director in India received this coveted award in the field of management education. In December 2006, MIRBIS-the leading management school in Moscow, honoured him as 'GLOBAL THOUGHT LEADER' 2006- 2007.
He was not just the first Indian, but the first Asian to have walked on this global hall of fame. Dr. Roshan Lal Raina is Professor in the Communication Group at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIML), where he has also successfully initiated and handled activities in areas like 'Corporate Communication', Media Relations'Student Affairs', and 'Alumni Affairs'. Through his initiatives in Media Management and Corporate Communication, branding and image building exercise of IIML received a big boost and it started being ranked at number 1, 2 or 3 from relatively very lower ranks.As Chairman Student and Alumni Affairs at IIML, introducing and implementing.
Dr. Raina is credited with building and managing state-of-the-art and world-class academic infrastructure, including the learning resource center at IIML. Dr. Raina has also been responsible for contributing to building academic Collaborations (student - teacher exchange) with benchmarked institutions abroad. Among several distinguished assignments, Dr. Raina has successfully handled, holding the position of Director at the prestigious Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi for three years (2005-2008) deserves a special mention. Apart from being an able institution builder, Dr. Raina's contributions in matters academic and administrative are many and varied. On the academic front, besides the regular teaching load in the areas of 'Communication for Management',he has had several prestigious assignments in educational institutes in US, UK, France, Germany, and Canada. Reputed organizations like the Fulbright Foundation (USA), the British Council (UK), the Max Mueller Bhawan (Germany), the ESCP-EAP (France), and the IDRC (Canada) sponsored these assignments.
At home, too, he has worked for the Ministry of Agriculture, DSIR, and CSIR, all under GOI. In terms of research, he has authored 3 and edited 10 best selling books, and has made significant contributions (65 research papers in all to-date) in several peer-reviewed national and international journals: the areas include 'Corporate & Media Relations', 'TQM', 'IT Applications', 'HRM' and 'Marketing in the Information Sector'. He has also presented 118 papers in national and international conferences/seminars floated by reputed organizations, universities included. He is on the editorial board of two professional journals in the country.
As a highly respected trainer in the corporate as well as academic world, Dr. Raina has been heavily involved in conducting innovative and need-based management development programmes and workshops,particularly in areas like 'effective communication'; 'corporate communication'; 'media management'; 'TQM'; 'IT applications'; 'Marketing'; etc. and these have been highly appreciated by the participants as well as their sponsors. Mr. Rajeev Dubey studied Economics at St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, and at the Delhi School of Economics. He has recently acquired the GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Society of HR Management USA.
In addition, he is Chairman of the Sustainabilty Council and CSR Council of the Group, a Member of the Corporate Governance Cell, & Member of the Governing Council of the Mahindra Institute of Quality. His key focus areas are HR / IR initiatives for Mahindra Group, the After-Market business vertical, Corporate Communications / Infrastructure / CSR / Sustainability.
Apart from being a Member of the Group Management Board of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. , Mr. Dubey is on the Boards of several Group companies. Mr. Rajeev Dubey joined Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in January- 2004 after a career spanning 29 years in the Tata Group, which he joined in 1975 as a member of the TAS, the central managerial cadre of the Tata Group. He spent 21 years with Tata Steel, and the next 7 years as Managing Director and CEO first of Tata Metaliks and then of Rallis India. Mr. Dubey is associated in his professional capacity with a number of prestigious institutes and committees. He is President of the Mumbai Chapter of the National HRD Network. He also serves on the CII National Committee of Indian MNCs, the CII Apex Council on Affirmative Action and the CII Western Regional Council.

Mr. Pathan is an Honours Graduate in Economics with specialization in Petroleum Management from Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA with about four decades of diverse experience in the oil industry. Mr. Pathan joined Tata Petrodyne Ltd. as a Director of the Company effective 26th March 2003. In June 2007, he has been appointed as the Chairman of Tata Petrodyne Ltd.
Mr. Pathan was on the Indian Oil Corporation Board since 1994 and was the Chairman of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. from February 1997 to March 2002, an important pillar of the Indian Petroleum Industry.
Mr. Pathan was the Chairman of Petroleum Federation of India (PetroFed) from 1st April, 2002 to 3rd August 2003. After having placed PetroFed on a firm footing he joined an assignment with TATAs, as their Group Resident Director, Delhi from 1st November 2002.
Mr. Pathan was the Vice-President on the Board for three years and thereafter served as the Vice-Chairman of the Advisory Council of World LP Gas Association, Paris. He is presently the Co-Chairman Emeritus for International Energy Advisory Council (IEAC), U.S.A. Mr. Pathan has also been nominated as Advisor Emeritus for Global Union Energy Ventures with effect from 19th September 2006. Prof. Arya Kumar is a Director, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM), New Delhi. He had served as Dean Student Welfare Division and Chief Entrepreneurship Development & IPR Unit BITS, Pilani prior to joining LBSIM.
He was also coordinating the activities of Alumni Affairs Division, Technology Business Incubator and Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at BITS, Pilani. He did his M A (Hons.) Prof. Rajendra P. Bharti is Professor and Director of Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management & Technology, Bareilly. He is an alumnus and resource person of IIM, Ahmedabad. He is an experienced and well admired corporate trainer with a blend of professional qualifications in Management, Banking, IT and TQM (from London) and a managerial experience of over two decades.
